Zero Tolerance To Abuse Posted or Updated on 22 Sep 2023

While we have been heartened by many words of encouragement, patience and random acts of kindness from the majority of patients throughout the last 12 months, Staff have on occasions recently, unfortunately, been subject to abuse and verbal aggression on the telephone, in person and via social media platforms.

Please be aware we are all trying to do our best and the NHS has a Zero Tolerance Policy to abuse of any kind to all Staff.  Many of whom have been working long hours tirelessly throughout this pandemic, with frequent cancelled leave and working in PPE in all weathers both indoors and outdoors to provide the best service possible.

Please do not use Social Media to make complaints about the Practice Staff or Service.  Any issues or concerns please contact the Surgery and speak to the Practice Manager.  We can then discuss and investigate the issue.
