The prescription desk is staffed throughout all opening hours. Early mornings and the beginning of the week are particularly busy times so you may wish to phone your requests at a less busy time. Requests may also be left in the post box in the foyer.
Requests for repeat prescriptions may also be made online. Please ask at reception for details of how to register for this service or you can download the form on the following link: Consent for Online.docx. Pease return the completed form to reception
Repeat prescriptions should be ordered at least 48 hours in advance through reception. It would be helpful if patients could order all their repeat medication at one time. For urgent prescriptions contact the receptionists. Prescriptions are normally ready from 3.00pm two working days after ordering to allow time for processing. Please do not order repeat prescriptions for any other person during surgery consultations.
